Chris Back

Chris serves the workers and employers of B.C. through partnerships, consultation, and outreach to build stakeholder capacity and encourage safety ownership and culture to positively impact workplace OHS knowledge, abilities, motivations, and behaviours.

Chris is a Canadian Certified Professional Ergonomist and holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA).

WorkSafeBC is a provincial agency dedicated to promoting safe and healthy workplaces across B.C to prevent injury or illness, and help employers comply with the Occupational Health and Safety Regulation and the Workers’ Compensation Act.
