Program Advisor, Workplace Safety Strategy at Interior Health
Position end date is approximately May 29, 2026.
Reporting to the Lead, Workplace Safety Strategy, the Program Advisor is responsible for providing advice, guidance, and resources in the strategic planning, development, implementation, sustainability, evaluation, and continuous improvement of an integrated system-based approach for all Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) programs and practices in Interior Health (IH).
The Program Advisor will engage with both internal and external agencies and working groups to enhance systems for managing health and safety. The Advisor leads the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of WHS programs and resources, supports strategic planning needs, is responsible and accountable for ensuring programs meet regulatory compliance and for contributing to the development of a strong safety culture within IH.
