SWITCH BC partnered with Doctors of BC and hosted an interactive session with physicians and leaders to discuss ways to improve occupational health and safety (OHS). The session called Diving Deeper: OHS Supports for Physicians focused on psychological safety, violence prevention, and building a culture of safety in all healthcare workplaces.
