Ken Casorso

Ken Casorso is Vice President, Employee Experience at Fraser Health. In his role, Ken provides strategic leadership for the Employee Experience portfolio by focusing on people and their work environment to improve the care experience. Prior to this role, Ken served as Executive Director, People Services where he and his team delivered high-touch human resources functions such as staffing, scheduling, labour relations, benefits, compensation, and work design.

Ken has worked in the B.C. health sector for nearly 20 years, and he holds a Master’s in Positive Organizational Development and Change and a Bachelor of Business Administration and Human Resources with honours.

With nearly 48,000 employees, Fraser Health delivers a wide range of healthcare services to over two million people living in communities stretching from Burnaby to White Rock to Hope, making it the largest regional health authority in B.C.
