As a leader and mentor, Kelly is committed to building a positive organizational culture, developing people, and creating the clarity and accountability teams need to do their best work. In previous roles, she led clinical content delivery for prominent Canadian EMR solutions, strengthening quality, data integrity, standardization, and governance. Outside of work, Kelly enjoys pursuing adventure in nature and can often be found camping, hiking, or climbing.
