Jackson is experienced in applying project management processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals, collaborating with senior leadership and teams to identify needs, develop timelines, and monitor progress. Additionally, Jackson has managed operational practices within non-profit settings, overseeing business processes to maximize efficiency, balancing revenue and costs, and maintaining fiscal responsibility.

Jackson is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP)® with 10+ years’ of work experience in the not-for-profit sector and a background in information technology and grant management. He specializes in developing, managing, and deploying business organization systems, processes, and solutions, applying agile and traditional project management methodologies, to meet specific objectives often with a focus on enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Outside of work, Jackson is an active member of Toastmasters and volunteers as a Gavel Club Counselor where he provides guidance, support, and mentorship to a youth-focused Gavel Club, which is dedicated to helping youth develop self-confidence, public speaking, and leadership skills.
