Bree Hawrylak

Bree has over 17 years of healthcare and health and safety management experience, from starting as an EMT-A to becoming a health and safety manager. While working with Saskatchewan Safety Association for Safe Workplaces in Health, she led the Violence Prevention Initiative for healthcare in Saskatchewan and completed several violence risk assessments throughout the province. During her time in Saskatchewan, she continued working with the EMS on a volunteer basis as a first responder for eight years, fire department for nine years, and Search and Rescue for 10 years.
Bree completed the Occupational Health and Safety Practitioner Program in 2013 and achieved her Canadian Registered Safety Professionals certification in 2015.
Outside of work, she can be found throwing the frisbee with her dog or adventuring around the Okanagan and Shuswap areas.
