The OHS Resource Centre is a new, provincewide digital meeting and committee management platform for Joint Occupational Health and Safety Committees (JOHSCs) in B.C.’s health sector. It streamlines JOHSC work with easy-to-access resources to plan and schedule meetings, take minutes, maintain membership lists, store committee documents, make recommendations, and track actions.
The OHS Resource Centre provides a single, provincial platform for Joint Occupational Health and Safety Committees. It creates a consistent approach to collecting and sharing committee information across all Health Authorities and Health Organizations. By simplifying meeting preparation, documentation, and follow-up, the system will reduce administrative burden so committees can focus more on meaningful health and safety discussions.
Only employees of the same Health Authority as a JOHSC can access its content.
Committee members’ first and last names, along with their co-chair roles, will be visible. Staff can contact the committee by email, but individual email addresses and phone numbers will not be shown to protect privacy.
