Every day across this province, everyone in healthcare goes to work to deliver the best care and service they can. The SWITCH BC 2024 – 2025 Annual Report demonstrates our shared commitment to provide better support, resources, and training to health care workers.

This year’s annual report is interactive – a first for SWITCH BC. It features an interactive progress mountain illustrating our progress milestones on four strategic priorities:

• OHS Resource Centre, with infrastructure to support JOHS committees
• Community Physician Health and Safety, including a new portal for community physicians and staff
• Provincial Violence Prevention Curriculum refresh
• Psychological Health and Safety Program, including a measurement and evaluation framework, JOHSC resources and a community of practice

We outline key accomplishments along our journey to support health, safety, and wellbeing of the more than 330,000 people working in healthcare in B.C.
