Behind the scenes of a clinic assessment
Ever wondered what a community physician health and safety clinic assessment looks like?
The team at West Coast Family Medical Clinic in Sooke recently invited SWITCH BC to capture the important work our health and safety advisors do – in collaboration with physicians and their staff.
Free clinic assessments are part of the Community Physician Health and Safety program.
Jennifer Zadorozniak, Director, Operations, and Carolina Borges, Health and Safety Advisor, met with the clinic staff to discuss supporting them in meeting their occupational health and safety legislative and regulatory requirements.
During the assessment clinic staff are encouraged to ask questions, receive hands-on guidance, and work with their advisor to strengthen workplace health and safety practices.
What’s Included in the Free Assessment?
This free and confidential health and safety assessment helps clinics enhance workplace health and safety, ensuring a secure and compliant environment for both staff and patients.
Thank you, West Coast Family Medical Clinic staff: Sharlene, Jessemyn, Harmony, Deborah, Colleen, and Katherine for working with SWITCH BC to create a health and safety program and for the terrific photo shoot!
