The pilot for our new Psychological Health and Safety (PHS) Toolkit for Joint Occupational Health and Safety Committees (JOHSC) is underway. We’re inviting more JOHSCs to help us develop tools and resources to support PHS in healthcare workplaces across B.C.

The digital toolkit includes foundational PHS information, discussion guides, and practical resources. Some content, such as the PHS factors and CSA Standard, is open to the public. The rest of the toolkit is password protected and available only to pilot participants.

Toolkit resources were created using feedback from 469 committee members. The tools include discussion guides, videos, and downloadable PDFs.
