More than 1,200 people, many of them health workers and medical staff, converged for Health Quality BC’s (HQBC) Quality Forum conference.

The 2024 conference theme was Connecting Community to Quality: We’re Stronger Together with a focus on relationship building and leaning on each other’s strengths.

SWITCH BC was a proud sponsor of Quality Forum. At our information booth, we showcased our new Community Physician Health and Safety Guide, explained plans for the upcoming launch of the OHS Resource Centre, and asked health workers what their top health and safety concerns are. Many staff and workers continue to struggle with psychological safety at work and ongoing human resource challenges. All were keen to find ways to connect and work together to make the system stronger for workers and patients.
