Reporting to the Director, Operations, the Manager, Psychological Health and Safety (PHS) leads the operational implementation of strategic psychological health and safety initiatives and promotes the adaption of Canadian Standards Association (CSA) Standards for Psychological Health and Safety in the Workplace and Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems across B.C.’s healthcare system.
