Evan Howatson

Evan Howatson is responsible for health sector labour policy, Provincial union, and association engagement; Agreement implementation; Occupational Health and Safety, inclusive of psychological health and safety and workplace violence. With more than 10 years of experience in senior roles, Evan also oversees the planning, development, delivery of ministry strategic priorities and engagement.

The Ministry of Health has the overall responsibility for ensuring quality, appropriate, cost-effective, and timely health services are available for all British Columbians.
