Cameron leads Fraser Health’s teams in workplace health and safety, disability management, organizational development, planning & transformation, labour relations, learning and development, talent management, recruitment and retention, compensation and work design, recognition and rewards, performance planning, workforce optimization and staff scheduling.

Fraser Health has nearly 40,000 staff, medical staff and volunteers serving 1.9 million people from Burnaby to Boston Bar.

Cameron has a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology (BSc) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA).
