Workplace wellbeing topped collaborative conversations at Bottom Line
Workplace mental health for health care workers was top-of-mind at the 2025 Bottom Line conference. SWITCH BC set up an information booth to hear directly from people working in healthcare in B.C.
At our booth we showed some new psychological health and safety (PHS) tools. These tools are for joint occupational health and safety committee members (JOHSC). We are seeking more online feedback from JOHSC members.
We also connected with many of our Bargaining Association partners and discussed how we can collaboratively support workplace wellbeing – an important topic throughout the sector.
Here at our booth is (left to right) Michele Chase, Hospital Employees’ Union Occupational Health and Safety Representative, and a member of SWITCH BC’s Technical Advisory Committee (TAC), with Caitlin Grisack, Director of Operations, SWITCH BC, and Reagan Belan, Occupational Health and Safety Officer, BC General Employees’ Union, and member of SWITCH BC’s PHS Core TAC and OHS Resource Centre Working Group, alternate member.
