SWITCH BC connects with HSA members
The Health Sciences Association (HSA) hosted their 2025 Annual Convention in Vancouver this April – and SWITCH BC was thrilled to host a booth and interact with many of the 500 people who attended. Meeting directly with people working in healthcare helps SWITCH BC develop and refine our programs. Through interactive activities, we gathered valuable insights into members’ top workplace health and safety concerns. Psychological health and safety (mental health) is the highest priority for people who participated in our survey.
Many delegates also shared their excitement about our new digital platform called the OHS Resource Centre that supports Joint Occupational Health and Safety Committees. Learn more about the OHS Resource Centre.
We had a great time connecting with so many knowledgeable and committed health professionals. Thank you to HSA for having us, and to everyone who stopped by our booth, including, Michael Wisla, SWITCH BC TAC member, and Farzad Kasad, who is a member of the OHS Resource Centre Implementation Committee.
